As we head into the new year, we think it's fun to look at all the wonderful products that we bought in 2019. This year brought some incredible releases like Disney+, Apple AirPods Pro, and the all-new Kindle—and honestly, some of these things were apart of what really make the year great. So we decided to roundup 100 of the most popular products that people bought over and over again.

Whether it was a massive sale (looking at you Black Friday) or one of the hottest product people couldn't stop talking about (*cough* weighted blankets *cough*), our readers found something that caught their eyes. From robot vacuums to wireless headphones to streaming services, these are the most popular products that people couldn't stop buying in 2019.

1. Disney+

Although it was just released in November, the new streaming service Disney+ became the most popular product of the year. With it came nostalgia for the Disney classics, new original shows and movies, and plenty of Baby Yoda content. Seriously, if you're a fan of Marvel, Disney Princesses, Star Wars, Pixar, and all things Disney, you might want to consider following suit and getting a subscription for yourself.

2. Instant Pot Duo 

It's no surprise here—our readers were all about that Instant Pot life this year. The Duo 6 Quart, a.k.a. the most popular model out there, was far and away the biggest seller this year, and in no small part because of the deals that ran on it during Prime Day and Black Friday, respectively. It's the best affordable robot vacuum we've ever tested because it balances great cleaning powering and a reasonable price. Our readers loved scooping it up—especially when it was on sale as it is right now.

4. InnoGear Upgraded Essential Oil Diffuser 

The way to relax in 2019? An oil diffuser. Specifically this oil diffuser, which is the best we ever tested. Easy to use, affordable, and equipped with multi-color light display and various mist modes, this oil diffuser makes a great gift and beginner option for anyone who's new to oil diffusers. It went on sale a bunch throughout the year, but even when it wasn't on sale, readers were all over it.

Mattresses in a box became a big thing in 2019, and after testing a bunch we found that Nectar makes the best of the best. It literally feels like you're sleeping on a cloud, making it a huge upgrade to whatever you've been sleeping on before. They made great gifts and were a tempting buy whenever they dropped in price.

Our readers were absolutely obsessed with this egg cooker, to the point that it consistently ranked among the top products bought throughout the year. The buzz is legit, too: this egg cooker makes it easy to poach or boil up to six eggs at a time, and in 12 minutes or less.

9. Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the most anticipated shopping event for both fashionistas and Nordy card holders alike. This year, they had huge discounts on some of our favorite clothing pieces like Spanx faux leather leggings, the Wubby pullover, and the Nordstrom at Home Faux Fur Throw Blanket. Watching all your favorite shows doesn't have to be complicated, as our readers found out when they opted to pick up this streaming stick, which is one of our favorites. 11. Echo Show 5

This summer, Amazon released the Echo Show 5, the compact version of the popular Show model. It quickly became our favorite smart speaker with a display because it doesn't take up too much space but still gives visual timers, weather updates, and news alerts among other favorite Alexa capabilities. It went on sale a few times this year too and was a total knock out.

12. Anthro Day

Anthropologie is easily the trendiest place to shop right now, but the prices? Hard pass. A sale at Anthro is an event, since for most of us, it means you can actually afford to shop the store for once. During Anthro Day—their biggest sale event of the year—our readers leapt at the chance to finally shop and save. They're super speedy and accurate, and have been hailed by chef personalities and home cooks alike. A few of these bad boys have been on sale throughout the year and our readers snagged them at incredible prices to become grill masters too.

The best cheap portable speakers we've ever used were a hit with readers this year, especially whenever they dropped below their usual $30 sale price. REI may have the best accessories for camping and hiking, but they have plenty of products that appeal to the indoorsy, too. How could something so simple be such a crowd-pleaser? With over 9,000 reviews on Amazon, the LifeStraw is one of those immensely popular cult products on the site that people just can't get enough of, and especially whenever it goes on sale, people lose it. We're currently in the process of actually testing this straw to see how effective it really is, but until then, we can't help but acknowledge that 9,000 shoppers probably can't all be wrong, right?

25. Kitchen Gizmo Snap N Strain Strainer

Pasta might be the easiest thing to cook, but straining it is the most annoying part. You have to take it out of the pot and drain out the water, just to put it back in. Who has time for that?  But this ingenius strainer cuts out the middleman by simply snapping to the side of a pot and draining water without losing any precious noodles, which is probably why it was so popular this year.

Back in March, this cat toy went on sale on Amazon and the craziest thing happened: our readers went crazy over it. Flashlight are essential for any emergency, and the Anker Bolder LC40 is the best affordable flashlight we've ever tested, so you're going to want it in your utility drawer when the power goes out. It offers 400 lumens of brightness and has a powerful battery that's rechargeable, so you don't have to deal with those odd batteries that typically come with flashlights. One of the biggest sales events of 2019 wasn't Black Friday, and it wasn't Prime Day, either. It was Way Day at Wayfair, which gave home decor-loving readers a chance to save so much money on new furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and more for around their homes. Way Day is long over, but Wayfair still hosts plenty of big sales—case in point, they're even hosting one right now because it's the end of the year, so it's still a great time to shop and save there.
